During this 3 day Retreat you will get to experience self-care (massage, energy work, raw foods, yoga), explore creating a healthy body image, and connecting with nature and each other.   

Embrace Your Unique Beauty and Discover the Power of your Body.  

Each day will consistent of self-care spa time, meditation, raw food cooking classes, and movement.   Girls 14 and older are invited to attend with their moms.  Make it a Mother's Day Getaway.

Cost 

King: $999, King in a shared room: $899, Bunkbed $499, Sofa Bed: $599- this includes accomodations, food, and most activities. Bring cash for massage services ($1 per minute).
