Beauty is a complicated subject for women. We often look at our “flaws” and focus on imperfections. The media is brutal and shows a photoshopped version of beauty. This can lead women to compare themselves to an unattainable version of beauty which can lead to a feeling of depression, shame, and eating disorders.


As a clinical social worker I have seen this starting with young women and girls. It’s time for us to reject toxic media, to explore our unique beauty, and love ourselves by practicing body satisfaction and love for self.


In this Webinar we discuss ways to fight the media and negative messages about your body and how to build confidence, feel great, and be able to live out your potential.
