Bring your Teen to our Monthly Stress Resilience just for them!
They will explore the basics of Mindfulness practice to improve feelings of well-being, shift perspective, improve health, learn about inner strengths, and be able to bounce back from stress to live a happy balanced life.

This group is for people who want to make their health and well-being a priority. I created this group to help people have a place to go (and people to be with) to learn and engage in healthy behavior.
