In this 8-week online course, capped with a day-long retreat, you'll learn how to manage your stress.

We are experiencing uncertainty all around the globe. The uncertainty and lack of control can

increase our stress response adding more cortisol and adrenaline into our immune system

suppressing our immune system and leading to mental health conditions like anxiety and


We can do something about it. Mindfulness is an excellent practice to learn to appreciate the

moments, to get out of the fight or flight brain, and be able to reduce and be resilient to stress.

Learn how to stay grounded in the present moment through formal and informal meditation

and Mindfulness practices.

Learn MBSR, the most scientifically tested and well-established mindfulness training

program. Created by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the UMASS Medical Center. Taught live & online by

trained MBSR instructors, Camille Kennard, LCSW (UT) and Melissa Taylor, LCSW (CA)
