About The Event

This is a 4 week course where each week will contain a short talk, mindfulness practice, and a question/answer period. 

Each week builds on the last so please clear your schedule to attend all classes

Wednesday Nights May 27 - June 17, 2020 7-8:30pm via zoom meeting

Week 1- What is Stressing you Out? (Learning to ride the waves of stress) Mindfulness and Living in the Now.  

Week 2- Anchor to the Present through Sensations in the Body 

Week 3-  Mindfulness of Emotions/Thoughts- You are not what you think.  

Week 4- Loving Kindness and Self-Compassion- Turning down the "mean' voice in your  head.
