If we can control our breathing, we can take back control of our emotions. In this audio meditation, we'll learn how to do that, together.

 

Our breath is always with us and can be used as an anchor to bring us back to the present moment.  The breath has a natural rhythm and pace, by training ourselves to notice the breath we can experience the stillness of allowing our body and mind to rest and recover.
