About the event
During this 3 night, 4 day retreat, we will immerse you in self-care and teach you how to tune into the needs of your body through Mindful Eating, Joyful Movement, and Mindfulness Meditation.

Mindfulness Meditation Teaching:Â
Camille Kennard, is a Clinical Social Worker and Health and Wellness Coach.  Camille’s career began working in health care with people with chronic illness. This propelled her to want to do more to help people prevent disease and live well. Camille’s passion led her to study stress, anxiety, and self-image issues that hold people back from taking good care of themselves. Camille will walk us through Mindfulness meditation as a practice to explore mental habits, release tension in the body, and find overall peace and joy by living in the moment.
Enjoy our relaxing accommodations:
You can choose from a private room, with a King or Queen bed – for yourself or share with someone for no additional cost, or queen or twin bunk beds. There is an outdoor swim spa/hot tub, patio/fire pit, and water park on the property. Â
Each day we will have a few hours for our Self-Care Spa.
Including; massage, yoga, footsoak/facials, mindful art, energy work, nature walks, labyrinth and more. Come take some time off to relax, renew, and replenish. To learn to make peace with your body and like who you are.
*Cancellation Policy: $500 of the total cost of the retreat is non-refundable within 30 days of the retreat. 90% refund will be provided with advanced notice. Email camille@flourishwellnessconsulting.com with any questions.
