How Can You Find Joy in the Midst of Despair and Fear?

It's good to see you again.

Blooming is all about becoming. Some of us are in the seed stage, learning about ourselves, our habits of thought, our beliefs, and what is holding us back. Others may be a bud, just beginning to grow into self-love, acceptance, compassion, and freedom from limits.

Your “mindset” is the way you see the world, the view you adopt about yourself, an attitude, disposition, or mood.

For much of my life I had a “FIXED” Mindset, which really pigeon holed me: I was not as smart as others, or as talented, or beautiful. I thought about all the things I couldn’t do! A fixed Mindset says, “I am who I am, I can’t change.” It is where we put limits on ourselves. I will never be fit, I can’t eat healthy, I’m big-boned, I am not popular. A fixed Mindset does just what it says it keeps us “FIXED” or “STUCK,” and we don’t progress. On the other hand a “GROWTH” Mindset says “I can become anything.” I hope you are taking the time to change your perspective. All of the events, podcasts and more listed in the sidebar can help you get there if you don't know how to start, or keep you going if you're losing motivation. In these difficult times, please remember that you are loved, supported, appreciated, and can become anything you'd like. All you need to do is change your mindset.
