Many of us struggle with our view of our bodies, often coming from our relationship with food. We need to change our focus, and recenter. Tune in to the experience of eating, without distraction, and listen for your body's cues for hunger and fullness, instead of clinging to worries of calories and amount of intake. Learn to hear what your body is saying, and respond in-kind. At our Mindfulness in the Mountains in retreat, participants had the chance to reconnect to themselves and nature, and eat good, healthy and whole foods.
