The photo says it all ...yum! Crockpot Turkey and Vegetable Soup

Fall foods are warm soft and delicious. Soup is often a comfort food. It’s warm, hearty, and enjoyable to warm you up on a cold day. I love to make easy crockpot soup. Gluten Free Coconut Muffins

These are a favorite of mine. The coconut flour makes them light and fluffy. If you have gut issues with gluten you will love these. They are moist, light, and delicious. Freeze them and enjoy them for breakfast. These are healthy light and delicious! Recipe found at:

Slow Cooker Tomato, Kale, and Quinoa Soup

I love this soup. It’s so easy to make, tasty, and healthy. I love to add a little mozzarella cheese and avocado to make it extra delicious. Quinoa is rich in protein, iron, magnesium, and riboflavin. Let it cook all day and come home to a wonderful aroma. Recipe found at:

Food is ESSENTIAL to life. Therefore, make it GOOD! We need the nutrients and energy that come from eating healthy foods. Treat your body with kindness and seek out nourishing and yummy foods!
