Something I love about the fall is warm comfort food. This one has everything you could want for a mindful eating experience. The flavors, colors, and texture of the food make a fun holiday dish. I absolutely love the pomegranates are sweet, juicy, and packed with vitamins C, K, and loaded with fiber. The photo says it all ...yum! These muffins not only look and taste delicious they are also gluten free, no processed sugar, and have collagen peptides to improve bone health and promote healthy aging. Apple Pecan Fall Salad

Crockpot Turkey and Vegetable Soup

Fall foods are warm soft and delicious. Soup is often a comfort food. It’s warm, hearty, and enjoyable to warm you up on a cold day. I love to make easy crockpot soup. All you have to do is pour ingredients in, turn it on and let the aroma and warmth fill up your home. This is one of my favorite healthy crockpot chili recipes! Yum! Gluten Free Coconut Muffins

Slow Cooker Tomato, Kale, and Quinoa Soup

I love this soup. It’s so easy to make, tasty, and healthy. I love to add a little mozzarella cheese and avocado to make it extra delicious.
